It is opened on April 19, 2021.
With the support of the project "Integrated Approach to STEM Teacher Training" (STEM), with the support of the European Union program "Erasmus+", equipment was obtained that can be used in several STEM areas.
With the support of the project, equipment was obtained that can be used in several directions. On the basis of the center, personnel will be trained for robotics classrooms opened in schools of the region and the regional center, of which there are more than 600 today - computer science teachers introducing innovative technologies based on the project activities of schoolchildren, engineering and technical workers with the competencies of designing and modeling robots to create the working infrastructure necessary for a teacher.
The second direction is the formation of interdisciplinary knowledge in future IT specialists - knowledge at the junction of different industries (programming, modeling and electronics) based on STEM training. For conducting classes in the STEM center, the equipment consists of an Interactive whiteboard, printers, laptops, tablets, and robotic kits. The center allows you to conduct classes using Internet resources, create a variety of models of any complexity and specified accuracy necessary for solving applied problems of robotics, 3D printing, computer science, physics.
